The Service Line Leader is an integral and significant contributor to the Saint Agnes Medical Center (SAMC) leadership and is responsible for working in concert with Saint Agnes colleagues and physician partners to achieve the strategic objectives of the service line and the organization. The Service Line Leader is to be viewed as the “owner” of the service and be fully accountable for clinical, financial, and service performance along with strategic planning that will encompass plans for growth of the service, building physician relationships, patient satisfaction, quality outcomes, and specialized/focused care.
