Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in international voice process
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates are eligible
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

- Handle inbound/outbound voice calls for US utility customers
- Address and resolve customer queries effectively
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to defined process guidelines and compliance standards
