- Provide on-site service, maintenance, and repair for machinery and equipment at customer locations. - Perform routine inspections, start-up support, and preventive maintenance. - Diagnose and resolve technical issues on customer equipment. - Support customers with operation guidance and basic training when required. - Prepare service reports and submit them to the supervisor. - Handle after-sales service cases and customer complaints professionally. - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement
