Readypower Rail Services is a growing rail plant hire company looking for a motivated and experienced Fitter to support our workshop with services, inspections, modifications, and upgrades to our fleet. This is a full-time opportunity based in the South East.

The role

• Undertake preventative maintenance tasks in line with the equipment maintenance plans and services schedules.
• Carry out repair works and planned inspections to determine whether plant and equipment is fit for purpose. This includes modifications and upgrades of plant and machinery.
• Complete maintenance records fully and in a timely manner.
• Assist with depot workshop maintenance.

Requirements

• Experience in rail plant, agriculture or civils plant.
• Good understanding of English.
• Passionate, hardworking, and driven.
