            Responsibilities  Provide after‑sales support, including installation, commissioning, and repair of laboratory, research, and analytical equipment 
Offer technical consultation and guidance to customers 
Address customer requests by troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions within the required timeframe 
Prepare and submit detailed service reports 
 Requirements  ITE/Higher NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field 
Knowledge of refrigeration systems and robotic liquid handling equipment is a plus 
Previous experience in service or maintenance roles is preferred 
A valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle are advantageous
