- Conduct trial tests and prepare test reports in English. - Install and set up machines at customer sites according to customer requirements; maintain installation records and issue invoices. - Perform machine servicing and repairs, with detailed service reports. - Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to standard products at customer sites. - Provide operational and technical training to customers after machine installation. - Visit customer sites as required for installation, service, and support activities. - Perform maintenance and upkeep of demo machines. - Handle customer claims and complaints in a professional and effective manner. - Carry out other duties as assigned.
