Service Desk Specialist - Nashville, TN
Contract Duration: 6 Months Onsite
Position Summary:
Seeking for a Service Desk Specialist to work under general supervision, maintain the Licensure and Regulation System (LARS) and external help desk system (Zendesk). Proactively resolve system issues, process change requests efficiently, and implement solutions as directed.
Daily Tasks:
- Complete requested changes like password resets, status changes, and new users within 3 business days.
- Follow up with requesters for additional information within 1 business day.
- Document all communication and time spent on tasks in ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with the LARS Application Coordinator and other teams for configuration requests, ensuring timely updates and completion.
- Log and manage daily print jobs, reporting any issues promptly.
