We are currently seeking Service Desk Associates to join a growing team in BGC Taguig. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and excellent customer service to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to service desk requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to end-users
- Document all incidents and resolutions accurately
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams
- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes
Requirements
- Completed at least 1st year in college
