Assist customers with troubleshooting and answering questions
Communicate clearly and professionally through email and portal inquiries
Document customer issues and solutions accurately in the system
Stay informed about our products and services to provide up-to-date support
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer cases
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and helpful manner
Required skills:
Experience in customer support
Good command of English and fluency in Norwegian/Swedish
