The Role

The Service Delivery Manager will play a pivotal role in the support of the live service encompassing the Oracle Fusion applications, including HCM, Payroll, ERP, and SCM functional modules, where the key reporting tools are OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Analytics, SCM Analytics, and ERP Analytics.

This individual will oversee the transition to go-live, oversee and agree the acceptance into service process, lead on the service operating model creation and lead a team of onshore and offshore resources, managing service reporting requirements and ITIL process adherence, and ensuring the successful delivery of the client managed service.
