Maplesoft Group is currently seeking an on‑site Service Delivery Manager - IBM - DB2 / EAI for our client. This role is on‑site full‑time in any of the following cities: Toronto, London (ON) or Winnipeg (MB).

This role requires onsite presence 5 days/week due to operational and stakeholder engagement requirements.

Position Summary

The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for end-to-end service delivery, operational excellence, and client satisfaction across a complex application and platform landscape.
