Principal Responsibilities

• Execute client trade orders (e.g. equities, futures and options) accurately in real time
• Respond to client calls regarding account balance, order status etc enquiries
• Monitor live market movements and escalate unusual activity to senior management and risk/compliance teams for further action
• Escalate system outage to IT and on-site manager
• Provide post-trade confirmation to clients when required

Qualifications

• University graduate
• Experience in customer-facing service, trading desk or call center (finance/brokerage preferred)
• Strong numerical analytical, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Ability to work night shifts and on a rotating schedule
