About the Role
Based out of our client’s corporate premises in central Wellington, we are seeking a customer service champion to work across our valued client sites. This role is key to supporting the functions of our services with flexibility across Front and Back of House.
Some of the main duties will include:
Mailroom and courier processing and delivery
General administrative tasks such as scanning documents, etc.
Reception cover - meet and greet visitors when required
Answering phone calls in a professional manner
Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Some moderate to heavy lifting will be required
Ensure your site is compliant with Canon and our Clients' Health & Safety Standard
