Key Responsibilities:
• Take the lead in establishing and managing our service center, ensuring high-quality technical support and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary liaison between suppliers and retail stores to ensure seamless distribution and service delivery.
• Utilize sound business judgment to manage a variety of personnel and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle professional business correspondence, deliver presentations, and represent the company to stakeholders.
• Manage sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 5+ years of relevant Contact Center Management experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in distribution, consignment, or retail service (Electronics/Appliance industry experience is a must).
