Reporting directly to the Head of Service Solutions, you will work alongside a dedicated team of technical subject matter experts. Your primary role will be to ensure our service solutions perfectly align with customer requirements and project stakeholder needs across the full spectrum of managed services. You will be instrumental in crafting compelling, winning customer offers and weaving our business drivers, incentives, and win themes into the solution as a golden thread.
