Responsibilities

• Providing customers with parts information and availability estimated time of arrival of goods and product recommendations
• Updating Spare parts and FPSP Prices to SAP
• Serve as the primary point of contact for agents on (FPSP Spare Parts prices credit notes) handling inquiries and providing updates on service status.
• Issuing and registering of FPSP serial nos. through SBD service site.
• Delivering prompt professional solutions for FPSP Enquires
• Working to meet immediate goals of Dealers interaction
• Maintain accurate records of service requests client interactions and service outcomes
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Coordinate with ESM / MDM team on NPIs spare parts to extend to ME- EWA
• Suggesting improvements to customer service to higher management and staff
• Implementing improvements to customer on FPSP
