Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle server hardware troubleshooting (Dell & HP Servers & IBM servers)
• Perform root cause analysis & resolve IPMI-related issues
• Monitor system performance, health & alerts proactively
• Manage server tickets & ensure SLA-based resolution
• Coordinate with OEMs & vendors for critical issue handling
• Maintain inventory & asset tracking in EMS
• Support Data Center (DC) & Disaster Recovery (DR) operations
