We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a small, supportive secondary SEMH school in the Harrow area. This role is a rewarding opportunity to work in a setting that caters for pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs), ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties), and challenging behaviour.
The role of an SEN Teacher involves planning and delivering tailored, engaging lessons to small classes of secondary-aged pupils with a range of additional needs. You will be supported by two teaching assistants in each classroom and work to create a calm, consistent, and well‑supported learning environment.
