As our Sensory Session Lead, you will be the specialist anchor for each session, the person families and volunteers look to for expert guidance, reassurance, and professional leadership in the room.
This role is the heart of our sensory pilot programme. You will bring your SEND expertise to life in a warm, inclusive, and neuro affirmative space, helping neurodivergent and disabled individuals and families feel genuinely welcomed and understood.
Beyond the summer programme, we also welcome you to join Noa’s Place in a broader sense. As the organisation grows, we hope you will help shape how we deliver future sessions, support our culture of inclusion, and be part of a community of people who believe that every family deserves a place to simply be themselves.
You will lead one or more of our five sensory sessions, taking responsibility for the quality and safety of the session for attendees and volunteers.
