(What the role is) The Department plans and carries out the engineering design and development of infrastructure for collection of general waste and disposal of waste treatment residues, and redevelopment of closed landfills. You will be part of the Waste Residues Treatment Branch, in a team which focuses heavily on project management for landfill-related projects to meet Singapore's waste management and sustainability objectives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders within NEA and the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment (MSE), as well as external stakeholders e.g. other technical agencies, engineering consultancy and construction firms, to ensure the successful delivery of the project(s) from planning and tender stages through to construction and commissioning.
