YOA Yacht Crew is looking for a Head of Service for a prestigious 100m+ yacht ahead of a busy Med season. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee service operations, mentor the service team, and adapt service styles for varied guest dynamics.

The yacht operates at a fast pace, accommodating 12–16 guests during 18–22 operational weeks per year across diverse itineraries. The crew environment values teamwork, communication, and longevity.

Salary is $7500 USD with a leave schedule of 2:2, starting on July 3, 2026.
