Responsibilities:

- Monitor claim accuracy and ensure compliance with OEM policies.
- Analyses warranty data to identify cost drivers, trends, and root causes.
- Prepare reports on warranty performance and product reliability.
- Provide technical guidance to dealers and internal teams.
- Support audits, training, and process improvements in warranty operations.
