            The Job:  Manage daily warehouse operations and supervise a team of store assistants/storekeepers to meet KPIs. 
Maintain 100% inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with HSE regulations. 
Conduct regular toolbox meetings and handle staff matters, including leave approvals and disciplinary actions. 
 The Talent:  Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role. 
Certificate/Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related field. 
Proficient in WMS, SAP, or similar warehouse systems. 
Strong leadership, planning, and resource management skills. 
Experience managing teams of 10+ staff.
