The Department

Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organizations for a variety of functions.

The job holder shall assist the Captain to run the daily operations of the restaurant through providing excellent food and beverage services to Members and their guests in the 7/F All Day Dining Restaurant according the established standards at top quality level to ensure business and customer service objectives and targets are achieved consistently.

The job holder shall be responsible for:
