Job Purpose Manage overall delivery of individual property developments & infrastructure projects, while ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, HSE standards.
Roles And Responsibilities - Manage project team and ensure project is completed as per the budget, schedule and quality standards and all contractual requirements are met.
- Coordinate activities of contractors / PMC, monitor performance, hold periodic meetings and schedule periodic on-site visits to verify status.
- Review, expand and refine initial high-level plan and budget developed by Project Control during feasibility phase and review against project schedule and budget.
- Ensure project is progressing according to plan and generate progress reports with the support of Project Control.
