Argano is seeking a Senior Varicent Consultant to be a part of our Sales Performance team. We are laser focused on designing, building, and deploying sales performance management systems on our partner platforms. As a member of the consulting team, you will be involved directly with clients and responsible for delivering quality work on mid‑size to large client projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Derive and understand client business needs, and document findings
• Work closely with team leaders and specialists in solution design
• Configure Varicent Incentives system to meet requirement needs
• Design and implement data extract/transform/load strategies
• Coordinate quality assurance and testing phases of projects
• Work with clients to assess readiness and plan for system roll‑out
• Assist project manager with supporting deployed projects
