The Valuation Senior Associate will be a part of our Singapore office, which is the center of excellence within APAC, and will have the opportunity to work on cross-border assignments within the region. This role will not only be valuations-focused but will also have opportunities to work on other Deals advisory related assignments.
Responsibilities - Lead valuation engagements for business enterprises, intangible assets, financial instruments, and purchase price allocations (PPA)
- Perform market and industry research
- Extract and analyse financial data to identify operational and business trends, key risks, and to assess earnings and financial position impacting valuation of a target
