Overview

Sr. User Experience Researcher – define and execute user research programs across a broad set of experiences and modalities, embedded within a core product area to directly inform product strategy and design decisions. Responsibilities

Determine and recommend the most efficient and effective user‑centered research approaches—qualitative and quantitative—to solve business needs and guide UX processes. Lead exploratory and generative research studies, including discovery research that frames the problem space, identifies user needs, and gathers evidence to define next steps. Plan, design, and execute tactical research initiatives such as usability testing and concept testing, using moderated and unmoderated methodologies (e.g., facilitated sessions, surveys, click tests).
