Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s in UX Research, Service Design, Psychology or related field
8+ years’ experience driving complex, user‑centred research or service‑design initiatives
End‑to‑end mastery of mixed‑method research (qualitative & quantitative) on web, mobile apps and physical touchpoints
Proficiency with research & testing platforms (UserTesting, Maze, FullStory, Hotjar, A/B, surveys, data analytics)
