Comrade Digital Marketing is looking for a **Senior UX & CRO Strategist** to build and lead our conversion rate optimization function across key internal brands.
This is a high-impact role for a strategic and hands-on CRO leader who knows how to improve website performance through data, experimentation, UX insight, and funnel optimization. You will take ownership of conversion performance across our websites, identify friction points, develop testing roadmaps, and work cross-functionally to turn traffic into qualified leads.
