Well known Inbound DMC is looking for a Senior Travel Designer (Owned Agencies) based in either Cape Town or Johannesburg.
 
The Travel Designer is responsible for managing and completing the booking confirmation process, communicate with and deliver exceptional service to all stakeholders involved.

Duties:
 
Manage and complete booking confirmation process
Continuous communication and excellent service delivery to the Operations Specialist at all times.
Strengthen the bond and partnership with stakeholders through effective communication and exceptional service, knowing their business trends and guests needs, ad hoc attending relevant familiarization trips with operation specialist
