When a family faces a senior transition, they are often navigating two enormous challenges at the same time: finding the right new home for their loved one, and managing the property and belongings they are leaving behind. This role sits right at that intersection.

As our Senior Transition Specialist, you will conduct in-home consultations for Caring Transitions clients assessing their downsizing, clearing, or estate needs, and you will accompany Assisted Living Locators families on in-person tours of senior living communities across the Greater Rochester area.
