The Role
We are seeking a highly capable Senior Transformation Officer to join a dynamic public sector organisation, supporting a diverse transformation portfolio across multiple programmes. This is a strategic and hands-on role suited to someone who goes beyond reporting and is focused on driving oues and delivering real change.You will operate within a PMO and programme environment, working closely with programme leads to ensure delivery, challenge assumptions, and provide meaningful insight into benefits and risk realisation.Key Responsibilities

Oversee and consolidate programme reporting (not just “report pushing” – but adding value and insight)
