Support business process owners in deploying the agreed recommendations, measuring, and tracking the benefits of operational excellence projects.
Cultivate a continuous‑improvement culture and critical thinking by participating in operational‑excellence forums with offshore business partners and sharing industry best practices, case studies, implementation tips, trends, and tools.
