Responsibilities:

• Leads traffic surveys, analysis, and transport studies
• Evaluates existing and future traffic conditions and road capacity
• Develops traffic forecasts and demand assessments
• Assesses project impact on the road network
• Prepares traffic management plans and supports economic evaluation

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
• Must have extensive experience in transportation and traffic planning, traffic growth analysis, and route optimization.
• Must be equipped with traffic/transport modeling software.
