**Your Role & Responsibilities**
- Act together with the Defect Manager as the central intake point for newly reported defects during Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Customer Testing phases
- Perform defect triage and assess incoming defects regarding priority, severity and functional impact
- Conduct an initial analysis of reported defects and identify the responsible development area or feature team
- Support the localisation of potential root causes to enable efficient defect resolution
- Participate in regular defect review and triage meetings
- Support the creation and maintenance of defect statistics and reporting
- Analyse defect trends and contribute to the identification of recurring development weaknesses and quality issues
