            Job Responsibilities Perform hands‑on maintenance for general and curated landscape (e.g., bonsai and shrubs). 
Conduct routine landscape inspection and report defects to senior management. 
Escort vendors and service partners for landscape, pest control, and irrigation maintenance services. 
Ensure quality work is carried out in accordance with SOPs, guidelines, and standards. 
Assist in the operation and maintenance of the irrigation system. 
Carry out basic administrative updates in the system. 
Perform inventory stock checks, store management, and equipment inspections. 
Execute ad‑hoc tasks as required, including assistance to other facilities department team members. 
Monitor day‑to‑day progress of defect rectification and identify equipment defects. 
Enforce safe work practices for contractors based on risk assessment and safe work procedures.
