Inspect wiring, components, and mechanical/electrical functionality 
Testing protection relays and control circuits 
Prepare test reports and handle non-conformities (NCRs) 
Troubleshoot faults and coordinate with design/production teams 
Supervise technicians and ensure safety compliance (LOTO, PPE) 
Support client inspections and maintain QA/QC requirements
