The Senior Technician Audio Visual - Service collaborates with the Client Services Team to support customers with service requests, preventative maintenance as well as small move, add, and change (MAC) work. Responsible for documentation & reporting of findings & solutions for each service job performed. Strong communication skills & discipline, internally and externally, are necessary to be successful at providing an excellent customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Review service ticket requirements and plan accordingly
+ Coordinate equipment & company vehicle resources
+ Review, modify and red line job documentation for assigned tickets
