Responsibilities

• Install repair and maintain AC units including split window and chiller systems.
• Diagnose electrical and refrigerant issues.
• Perform gas charging and replace faulty components.
• Supervise lab activities and train junior technicians.
• Conduct advanced concrete testing and support mix designs.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and coordinate with engineers.

Requirements

• 24 years AC technician experience.
• Strong refrigeration cycle knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of ASTM/BS standards and mix designs.
