            Job Responsibilities  Serve as the key liaison between stakeholders and the facilities management team, ensuring timely and effective service delivery 
Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities across assigned sites 
Plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance works, asset upkeep, and infrastructure improvement projects 
Supervise on‑site contractors and service providers to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with required standards 
Conduct site inspections, monitor service quality, and implement corrective actions where necessary 
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation within the facilities management system 
Support project implementation, including site coordination, measurements, and progress monitoring
