Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end execution of complex technical projects, ensuring adherence to plans, timelines and budgets.
• Serve as the team leader for project teams, overseeing technical PMs and BAs on large projects and facilitating team building, communication and collaboration.
• Act as a liaison and facilitator between departments and stakeholders, proactively monitoring resources and ensuring requirements are met.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate managers and technical personnel through all project phases.
• Lead and direct project sprints or delivery teams, establish and implement change management, training processes and communication strategies.
• Provide senior level oversight and review of junior staff work, mentoring and training new project managers.
