• Lead and manage a team of warehouse and office staff to ensure smooth day to day operations.
• Ensure daily targets are met according to agreed lead time.
• Ensure customers weekly/monthly KPI targets are met.
• Carry out bonded & licensed goods activities according to Customs rules and regulations.
• Maintain good control of stock inventory and accountability.
• Proper manpower deployment.
• Conduct weekly, monthly customer cycle count and annual stock count if required.
• Keep record of frequent late comers and medical leave.
• Prepare and control purchase requisition and documentation.
• Work and resolve issues related to QEHS.
• Coordinate with P&O on any HR related matters.
• Improve processes and productivity.
• Be responsible and close all non‑compliance issues.
