The Senior Tax Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of all payroll tax obligations across the business. The role provides subject matter expertise on tax legislation and regulatory requirements, manages statutory submissions and reconciliations, mitigates tax risks, and supports the organisation through proactive stakeholder engagement and continuous process improvement. The incumbent plays a critical role in maintaining compliance with SARS and other relevant tax authorities while driving operational excellence and governance within the tax function.
Required Experience 5–8 years' proven experience in a tax specialist or tax administration role, preferably within a large or complex corporate environment.
