We are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our team in Dalas, TX. This role involves overseeing tax compliance processes, managing a variety of tax filings, and providing guidance to team members. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in corporate and partnership tax matters and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns, including C-corporations, S-corporations, and partnerships.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

• Provide strategic tax planning advice to optimize financial outcomes for clients.

• Manage and mentor team members, encouraging attention to detail and collaboration.

• Conduct annual income tax provisions and ensure accurate reporting.

• Utilize tax software such as CCH ProSystem Fx and CCH Sales Tax to streamline processes.
