Compensation: $1,500 – $2,500 USD/month plus performance-based bonuses

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT (40 hours/week)

About the Role

You will run high-volume candidate interviews back to back, evaluating English fluency, critical thinking, communication, and cultural fit for US clients. Beyond interviews, you will source candidates, work directly with clients to understand their standards, and support onboarding to make sure placements land well.
