The Senior Talent Management Specialist uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external issues to improve the Talent Management discipline within McDermott. They will act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and share their conceptual and practical expertise related to the Talent Management discipline. • Collaborate with the Global People Services Management team and other stakeholders to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees
• Develop programs and curriculum for employee onboarding and on‑the‑job training
