Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and expansion plans.
- Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs, staffing timelines, and workforce plans.
- Conduct market and talent mapping to anticipate future hiring challenges.
- Ensure staffing plans support KCAT’s multi-town rollout and operational growth.
2. Talent Sourcing & Selection
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to selection to onboarding.
- Manage sourcing channels including job boards, referrals, partnerships, and social media.
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience aligned with KCAT’s values.
- Establish and enforce hiring standards, documentation, and process discipline.
3. Team Leadership & Performance Management
