Formulate recruitment plans and source-to-hire strategies by leveraging appropriate talent channels and platforms.
Source, screen, and conduct initial interviews; present qualified shortlists with assessment notes to users, and manage the feedback loop.
Maintain the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) regularly to build and nurture a robust talent pipeline.
Assist leadership in optimizing recruitment workflows and managing external partner/vendor relationships (e.g., the third-party talent acquisition agencies/university, job portals).
Requirements
