You will be responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition team in delivering the recruitment and manpower plan for the group. Participate in the internal and external recruitment activities so that the organizations recruitment process is efficient, effective and aligned with the business need and growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare internal and external job advertisements and web postings in accordance with the organization’s manpower plan.
- Utilize various sourcing methods and web portals for sourcing and headhunting candidates, such as Bayt.com, LinkedIn and company’s career site.
- Screen received CVs and maintain appropriate record and pool of profiles (country, city, department, position).
- Communicate with potential candidates and conduct initial phone screen and online/in-person competency-based interviews to short-list the best fit calibers.
